This week 4 – 8 June 2018, François Guilhaumon is visiting Center for Macroecology, Evolution and Climate. He will be working with Carsten Rahbek and Miguel Araújo to finish a long term project.
François works for IRD, Montpellier, which is a French public science and technology research institute. In his research, he applies theoretical and methodological advances in macroecology to conservation biology. His is particularly interested in understanding the distribution of different aspects of terrestrial and marine diversity, at several scales, with the goal of informing regional and global conservation efforts.
