The Danish Center for Macroecology and Evolution - a center funded by The Danish Natural Science Research Council and the University of Copenhagen program of Excellence. - Macroecology seeks to discover, describe and explain temporal and spatial patterns of biological variation.
Professor Carsten Rahbek has received funds from the Danish National Research Foundation to establish a Center of Excellence (Grundforskningscenter) with start 1st of January 2010.
